Job Description:
Reporting to the General Counsel, Public Company and Corporate Secretary, the Corporate Paralegal will be a member of the Company’s legal group and will support the legal team by assisting with all corporate legal matters relating to the operation of the Company and its subsidiaries.

Compensation:
Salary is commensurate with education, experience, and unique qualifications, and may range between $38K to $68K annually. Benefits include paid time off, health insurance, and a pre-tax 401 (k) retirement account with Company matching contributions.
